To our valued customers and community,
We wanted to take a moment to formally connect with our clients. Although we are navigating an uncertain time, we will be servicing our client on an appointment basis only to help mitigate our staff and customers to the potential exposure of the COVID-19. This is new territory for us all, and myself and my staff are grateful for your continued patience as we move forward. The safety of both our customers and of our staff is paramount at this time so effective immediately:
The Nuzum Agency will not be accepting cash until COVID-19 hits the curb. We will be accepting Check, Money Orders, Check and Debit Card over the phone or online payments at www.nuzumagency.com.
Our goal is to balance the safety of our clients and staff, while allowing us to still retain a small piece of normalcy in this uncertain period.
WHAT WE HAVE BEEN DOING ON OUR END:
· Enhanced, hospital grade disinfection & cleaning procedures have been in effect since the beginning of the month, after the first COVID-19 case was confirmed in the Northern Virginia area. You may have noticed that our team has been extra vigilant in a number of ways as you have visited the office. Commonly touched surfaces (doorknobs, reception area, seating areas) have been disinfected every hour during operational hours..
· We will continue to monitor all government & health organization news updates as they come in.
